At Pansari Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or valid proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

  • Process: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages, Defective Items, & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at pansarimart786@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain categories of items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or logistical reasons:

  • Perishable Goods: Food items, herbal ingredients, plants, or flowers.

  • Personal Care Products: Beauty, wellness, and hygiene goods.

  • Custom Products: Special orders, bulk requests, or personalized items.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous goods.

  • Promotions: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the policy details above, if your merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

  • As outlined above, the item must still be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds & Processing Times

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Delays: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Follow-up: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at pansarimart786@gmail.com.
