Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas & Rates

We ship exclusively within Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is processed. Keep an eye out for free shipping promotions on select products!

2. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 working hours of order confirmation.

  • Please note that orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the following working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

While we do our best to get your wellness products to you as quickly as possible, please keep these general timelines in mind:

  • Major Cities: 4–5 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 working days

⚠️ Please Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, courier backlogs, public holidays, strikes, incorrect delivery addresses, or temporary customer unavailability.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Failed Deliveries

  • COD Availability: COD is available for selected areas. If you choose this option, please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready when the courier arrives.

  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address/phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Please note that re-shipping charges may apply to send it out a second time.

5. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Parcels

Your trust is incredibly important to us. Please inspect your parcel before accepting it from the courier.

Important: If the package looks opened, damaged, leaked, or clearly tampered with, do not accept it. Refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.
