4. Orders & Confirmation

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the customer does not respond to confirmation attempts, provides incorrect contact/delivery details, or if the delivery address lies outside our serviceable shipping zones.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in selected areas across Pakistan.

  • Customers must pay the total invoice amount in cash to the courier agent at the exact time of delivery.

  • Important: Do not accept the parcel if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with.

6. Correct Use of Products

  • Customers must strictly follow the recommended dosage and instructions printed on the product label or detailed on our official product pages.

  • Pansari Mart is not liable for any issues arising from misuse, overdose, self-medication, or usage contrary to professional medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pansari Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall be strictly limited to the actual purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.

  • For strict safety, health, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, have broken safety seals, or are damaged/tampered with after delivery.
